My hot tub is perfect for my application, single, living In a courtyard villa. Perfect space for it behind my bedroom window, economical, easy to care for, just the right size. Tricounty takes care of it biweekly, for a reasonable fee and all I have to do is enjoy it!. Very glad I purchased this garden tub and it feels great after a hard game of Golf.

I had a pool cleaning service but continued to have problems with my pool turning green even after they cleaned it. After I fired that company I personally cleaned the filter and it was full of algae. I called TriCounty and they came out and had my pool looking awesome in about 3 days. Last Wednesday our pool was off and I couldn't restart it after checking breakers, etc. I called Tri-County and someone came out Thursday and determined the drive was shot due to water getting in the electric connection. It made sense to replace the entire motor and put a water guard on it. The new motor was installed the next day which was exceptional service. Our salt water pool is 4.5 yrs. old and the is the first problem and they took care of us faster than I thought with their busy summer work load. Thank you to everyone at Tri-County Pools.

I would like to commend Ryan for not only his work but also his knowledge on hot tub service. A problem I had with the lights not functioning on my spa something I had asked the previous company about for a minimum of six weeks. The tech, Never the same person for any length of time, was always going to inquire to the more knowledgeable people back at the office about the solution. NEVER GOT AN ANSWER OR RESPONSE. I mentioned it to Ryan and he pushed the control button through the series of lights and then the next push restarted the proper cycling.
The guy knows his stuff. I even feel better using the spa now.
